What does LYFE stand for?

LYFE stands for Love Your Food Everyday. That's exactly what we want you to do—enjoy the foods you love while feeling great about what you're eating.

What makes LYFE different?

We rethink familiar favorites using smarter ingredients, thoughtful substitutions, and innovative cooking techniques. That means high-protein options, lower-calorie and lower-carb choices, no seed oils, and no traditional deep fryer—all without sacrificing flavor.

Is LYFE Kitchen healthy?

We prefer to think of LYFE as Craveable. Satisfying. Smarter. Instead of telling you what you should or shouldn't eat, we give you nutritional information so you can make choices that work for your lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Are your meals high in protein?

Many of them are. Protein is an important part of the LYFE menu, and you'll find numerous high-protein meals, snacks, breakfast choices, and shakes.

Do you use seed oils?

No. LYFE Kitchen does not use seed oils in our cooking.

Do you fry your food?

We don't use a traditional deep fryer. Instead, we use innovative cooking techniques and equipment to create crispy, satisfying food without traditional deep frying.

Can I see calories, protein, carbs, and fat before ordering?

Absolutely. Nutritional transparency is a big part of LYFE. We provide nutritional information so you can choose meals that work for you.

Where does LYFE's nutritional information come from?

Yes. Delivery is available through participating third-party delivery partners.

Can I buy meals to eat later?

Absolutely. One of the things that makes LYFE different is that your favorite meals don't have to end when you leave the restaurant. Take LYFE home, keep it refrigerated, and enjoy it when it works for your schedule.

How long do refrigerated LYFE meals stay fresh?

Each refrigerated LYFE meal includes a use-by or best-by date on the package. Keep your meals properly refrigerated and enjoy them by the date indicated on the label.

How do I reheat my LYFE meal?

Follow the heating instructions provided on the package. Heating times can vary depending on the meal and microwave, so always make sure your food reaches the recommended internal temperature before enjoying.

Can I freeze my LYFE meals?

For the best LYFE experience, we recommend following the storage instructions provided on each package. If a particular item can be frozen, check the package or ask a team member for guidance.

LYFE+ is our monthly meal subscription designed to give our most frequent guests more value. Can I use LYFE+ for dine-in and carryout?

Yes. That's one of the best things about LYFE+. Use LYFE+ your way. Dine in, carry out, or grab meals for later.

What is LYFE Rewards?

LYFE Rewards is our free loyalty program that makes every visit more rewarding. Earn rewards with every visit and purchase, and unlock access to special offers and promotions along the way.

Do I need to be a LYFE+ member to earn rewards?

No. LYFE Rewards and LYFE+ are separate ways to get more from LYFE. You can join LYFE Rewards without subscribing to LYFE+.

Can I order ahead?

Yes. Ordering ahead makes it easy to fit LYFE into a busy day. Place your order for pickup, and we'll have it ready for you.

Do you cater or handle large orders?

Yes. We'd love to help. Contact our LYFE Kitchen team, and we'll work with you to put together an order for your group, office, meeting, or event.
